I received a message stating that someone wanted to contact me about one of my jewelry items. How do we initiate that contact? How do we get their information to contact them?

Hi Tanya,

It couldn't be simpler. All you need to do is reply to the email from your in box or take the users email address and enter it in another email system. The former is easier.

I would suggest you ask the enquirer where the items should be posted and whether they want the postage should be insured. You should also confirm that the enquirer is willing to pay for the item. Then you advise them how you want them to pay (cheque or credit card if you have a merchant account.
