The artist is Ivan Devan who is interested in Reality and Chaos. Ivan has not cut his hair nor his beard for decades and the bandoleer is actually his hair which is looped round his body. I love his expression. The lighting plus the low pixelation from the camera/phone gives the photograph a Rembrandt like quality
